Bowen Technique

Bowen Therapy is a simple yet highly affective hands on procedure that uses gentle pressure to stimulate the body to 'reboot' itself during a treatment.  The Bowen moves are applied to the body using either thumbs or fingers with gentle pressure.

Combined with delicate pauses, this approach allows the body's innate healing response to be part of the process.
